5 Stars – We had the pleasure of staying at this gorgeous house over the New Year holiday and we fell in love with it! You can tell that every aspect of the home has been carefully planned out for the most luxurious as well as comfortable living. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this home to another group of 30-something adults looking for a nice place to relax and reunite! Thanks Carl!

We stayed at the Hermosa Beach Luxury House for three nights over NYE weekend and it was AMAZING! The house is just gorgeous and was beyond what we expected. My husband and I came down from San Francisco with three other couples, and all eight of us stayed comfortably at the house. The kitchen is well equipped with nice pots and pans for cooking, beautiful appliances, and fun amenities. The roof top deck is just gorgeous, with views of the ocean. Plus, the location is great, you can walk to the beach and the boardwalk. We even walked to the Hermosa Pier for dinner two nights (just a 10 minute walk!). But nothing beats the home theater downstairs…coolest thing ever! All in all we were EXTREMLY pleased with our rental and would definitely come back! I highly recommended this rental. Plus the owner Carl is a pleasure to work with.

5 Stars – Eight of us just spent one week family vacation in this wonderful home. The kitchen and living room area are beautiful and comfortable. My 20 and 23 year old girls report that the media room was “just amazing.” There is a huge selection of movies to choose from and the quality of the picture was very impressive. We made good use of the four cruiser bikes that are available. There are beach chairs and beach towels which are also available to use. Riding the bikes on the Strand was a lot of fun and was an easy way to get to the restaurants on Pier Street (Hermosa Beach Pier) and in Manhattan Beach. Carl, the owner pf the home, was a pleasure to deal with – he was very responsive to emails and questions. Great places to eat – Chef Melba’s Bistro (Hermosa Beach), Cafe Pierre (Manhattan Beach), and Gjelina (Venice Beach). Tammie’s Corner House Cafe is just down the street from the house – they have the delicious muffins but you have to get there early or they run out. We had fun shopping in Manhattan Beach. I made good use of the deck on the roof – there is a great double-wide lounge chair that is perfect for reading and napping. I am from Northern California and have not spent any time in Southern California. I think I can speak for all of us and say that we thoroughly enjoyed our vacation. I would definitely recommend the house for a family vacation. The house would probably not be ideal for anyone that has problems getting up and/or down stairs.

5 Stars – We were staying 2 weeks at this marvelous house in Hermosa beach. We have 2 children age 9 and 11. There is plenty of space for everyone, the house offers so many possibilities itself that you can hardly try everything within 2 weeks. We all enjoyed the home cinema, incredible picture, as well as the pool table, the roof top patio, the large bedrooms, and many other things, it is really luxury. For those who have to work a couple of hours also during vacation the house has an incredible fast wireless internet, and I had a desk with view over the ocean. The beach is just a 5 minutes walk away, LA downtown is close as well as Disneyland. The beaches are nice, clean, and not crowded. The house sits within Hermosa, close to center, but it is amazing quite around it. Children can go out to the street, too, no worry about traffic. I can highly recommend that place. If we have the opportunity to visit LA again, we will certainly visit this place again.

5 Stars – Our familly stayed in this beautiful house for a week, and we had a wonderful stay! The house is spacious and beautiful, but very comfortable and homey as well. The kitchen was awesome and had everything in it we needed. We had 3 little boys with us and there were toys for them to play with, which worked out great. The bedrooms were all sufficient, and the master bedroom was incredible! The location was convenient for what we planned on doing. We walked to the beach, restaurants and nearby stores. There is a running trail next to the home that goes for several miles that we used several times during our stay. We also walked to a nearby Farmer’s Market that we got fresh fruits, vegeatables, flowers, pastries, etc. There are a lot of stairs, so if you have guests with disabilities it may be difficult. The house had a baby gate to block the stairs up and down, which worked out well for us. We also took extra baby gates that we used for the bedroom doors. Our family would definitely use the property again if we plan another family vacation to the area.
