Mykel Mitchell and Sheeri Mitchell were served with an Unlawful Detainer and are being evicted from my house rental.
Mykel Mitchell and Sheeri Mitchell were my tenants for about a year, beginning in August 2017. In July 2018, they stopped paying their rent and refused to move out of my house in Hermosa Beach, California. I was forced to file an Unlawful Detainer Complaint and have them evicted. Mykel Mitchell and Sheeri Mitchell were served with a Three Day Notice to Pay Rent or Quit (Vacate Premises) on August 2, 2018. They failed and refused to pay any of the rent they owed or to move out of my house rental. They were then served with my Unlawful Detainer – Eviction Complaint and Summons on August 7th, 2018. My Unlawful Detainer is Case Number YC073050, filed with the Torrance branch of the Superior Court of California, County of Los Angeles.

We stayed in this house for a girls trip last weekend and had a fabulous time. There were 11 of us that stayed at the house and there was ample room for us to stay. The kitchen is gorgeous!!! The pool/Ping-Pong table and the rooftop are awesome as well. The master bedroom is spacious with a huge closet and renovated bathroom. And an added bonus for the theater room and gym (even though we didn’t use it). As noted in the description, other houses very close by, but everyone is friendly and welcoming to the neighborhood. We spent a lot of our time down on Hermosa pier and the house was in walking distance, but cabs are also easy to snatch up. I’d recommend staying here.

This is the vacation home you have been looking for. This place was amazing. My family and I (group of 12) had a blast. We expirenced the busy night life down the street and rode soothing waves at 5am. One of my cousins is an awesome cook so we enjoyed all our meals on the roof deck while basking in the warm summer sun. Our nights were filled with laughter and trash talk as we huddled around a huge kitchen island and pool table. The rest of us got lost in the movie room and surround sound. It was perfect. The only bad part that I can say is that we didn’t stay longer. Thanks Carl. CHEERS!

We rented this Hermosa Beach home for a family celebration for my daughter’s college graduation. There were 16 in the group, and there was ample room for us. The beach is a short walk, and there are plenty of beach supplies stocked to enjoy – bikes, boogie boards. The house is amazing, rooftop deck is great, kitchen area and deck with grill great for us all to gather and enjoy our meals. It was perfect! Would certainly rent again.

Came up with friends and family for a nice relaxing getaway. The house was amazing. The roof top deck is even bigger in person. The sliding doors in the living room open up all the way to give a great open feeling. We made good use of the movie theater downstairs by connecting our laptop. Great times!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. House has incredible kitchen, innovative lighting, sliding glass wall into patio area. We used bikes for rides along the beach and appreciated the close proximity to running path and beach path. Would highly recommend. Note: Property has many steps making it inaccessible to people with mobility issues.

Our group spent 5 nights in this lovely home. It was wonderful – exactly as presented in the photos. The location is perfect. The accommodations are lovely. The kitchen is a cook’s dream. We rode bikes (provided), and took our beach chairs (provided) and towels (provided) to the beach. All you need to provide is food and drink – seriously. We had a wonderful long weekend in this fun and funky little town.

This home was more than what we expected. My girlfriends and I were celebrating a birthday and this place surpassed all of our expectations. It was spacious, beautiful, and slept 10 comfortably. One nice we decided to use the theater room and it was like having our very own movie theater at the comfort of our vacation home. Much better than staying at any hotel and this place was just a short walk to the beach and a short ride to LA!

Incredible house in a fantastic Hermosa location. Our group of 10 had a great time at the impeccably finished house and especially enjoyed the rooftop deck. The neighborhood location was nice with easy walks to the beach, Pier, and restaurants. Will definitely try to make another trip.

Beautiful house with ample room for everyone. The kitchen was spacious and very modern. We took advantage of the pool table/ping pong table and had a blast. My favorite part was the massive theater in which we had 7 people down there watching movies. The patio feels like a remote island. Great house and worth the price.
