Luxury Hermosa Beach House including 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, huge theater and much more!

The house is absolutely beautiful and well kept. The owner, Carl, is very attentive, helpful and quick to respond to any inquiry or questions. The pool table and ping pong table are fun to have to kill time during down time. The house is a close walk to the beach and pier. Overall our group had a good time and enjoyed our stay and would recommend the place.

We had a wonderful time staying at this house! It was gorgeous and easily slept 9 people comfortably. We were only a couple blocks from the beach and about a half mile from the pier with local bars/restaurants, etc. There were multiple levels with rooms and bathrooms so everyone could spread out and have their own space. Would definitely stay here again!

What’s striking is the attention to detail and the sense of design that has been lavished on the house.  There’s also great technology in the house – from the mac computer that you’re free to use, to the sound system that can be controlled throughout the house – even on the balcony.

Upon arrival it was one of the best houses I had ever seen. Every detail was covered and the experience of all 10 of my colleagues and myself was the same….Best Venue Ever for one of our Team Building destinations. I am looking forward to eventually making this a destination in the future.

Everyone was impressed with the attention to detail on the decor and design of the property. We will definitely make it back to Hermosa Beach and reconnect with Carl as everyone in our party was impressed with the property.

We spent 10 days at this beautiful home with family and friends. It is spacious and nicely decorated. The kids especially enjoyed the pool/ping pong table and theater room. The owner was very responsive and I would recommend this home!

This is the best house in Hermosa Beach – great open space, fantastic bbq and gas stove, huge movie theater for watching all the films we missed in the cinema, and an amazing roofdeck to take in the serenity. The house is so close to the airport it was so easy for my group to fly into LAX from across the country to enjoy the weekend. Hopefully we’ll be back again soon!
